Transport Project Will Cut Journey Times (from The Argus): new bus service (sorry, rapid transit system) will include cycle racks.

Lucky Brighton! Here in Croydon we can't even take bikes on the trams.
BTW I've revamped Crap Cycle Lanes of Croydon as a blog, as the old site needed an update.
